Marneli’s journey with us began in the role of Personal Support Worker, where she quickly distinguished herself through her compassion, dedication, and the deep, trusting relationships she formed with her clients. Her warmth, empathy, and commitment to delivering exceptional care were evident from day one.

This year, Marneli achieved a major professional milestone, earning her nursing license and stepping confidently into her new role as a Registered Nurse. Her transition was seamless, and she has continued to shine while supporting complex pediatric clients with both skill and heart.

Every shift, Marneli brings a calm and reassuring presence that offers families comfort and peace of mind. Her approach to care is not only clinically sound but also deeply human. She is known for her consistency, reliability, and thoughtfulness: qualities that make her an anchor on her team.

Marneli is always seeking ways to grow her clinical knowledge and refine her nursing practice. She communicates clearly and professionally with both the office and her colleagues in the field, helping to ensure a strong and cohesive circle of care for every client she serves.
