Priscilla is known for building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families through her empathy, patience, and genuine desire to make a positive difference. She possesses a calm and quiet confidence that helps clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported, particularly during periods of change or challenge.

One of Priscilla's greatest strengths is her unwavering reliability and team-first attitude. Whether it's stepping in to help when there are last-minute call-offs or taking on additional shifts to ensure clients continue receiving the care they need, Priscilla is always willing to go the extra mile for both her clients and her colleagues.

Over the past several months, Priscilla has been supporting one of our long-term clients through a number of ups and downs. Her consistency, dedication, and compassionate approach have had a remarkable impact. Following a recent visit, the client's Occupational Therapist reached out to share that this was the best they had ever seen the client and described Priscilla as a "perfect match" for him. This feedback speaks volumes about the difference she is making every day.
