She approaches every shift with professionalism and empathy, creating a positive and reassuring environment for both the client and their family.

In addition to the outstanding care she provides directly, Mehri has also played an important role in helping orient and support other nurses working with the client. Her willingness to share knowledge, answer questions, and help guide her colleagues has helped ensure continuity and quality of care across the entire team. Her collaborative spirit and supportive nature have made a meaningful impact on those around her.
