Care Team Member of the Month – June 2026 is RN Rejie Liceralde.

As a Lead Nurse within our Bundled High-Intensity Home Care (BHIHC) program, Rejie plays an important role in helping clients transition safely and confidently from hospital to home. Caring for individuals with complex medical needs requires not only excellent clinical knowledge, but also sound judgment, critical thinking, compassion, and adaptability. Rejie demonstrates all of these qualities every day, ensuring her clients receive the highest standard of person-centred care during a critical time in their recovery.

One of Rejie's greatest strengths is her commitment to continuous growth. She approaches feedback with professionalism, humility, and a genuine desire to learn.
