Congratulations to Oyindamola Adefowoba for being honoured as our Care Team Member of the Month for April 2022!
We met Oyin during the height of the pandemic when we were looking for brave frontline healthcare workers to stabilize some of the hardest hit Long-term care homes in the city. Oyin was consistent and dedicated to providing a better life for seniors across the city, and we received numerous compliments on the level of care she provided.
Oyin has since transitioned to a community care position and now works one-on-one with clients in their own homes. Oyin continues to live our brand promise of A Better Life for Those at Home. She thinks fast on her feet and can problem-solve effectively.
She listens carefully to coaching and suggestions from the Care Coordinator team and can adapt to any situation.
