With great pleasure, we announce Camila Tavares Dechichi as our February 2023 care team member of the month. Camilla is a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) who has been an invaluable member of our team at The Care Company.
Camilla's dedication to her patients is evident in her work every day. She is extremely reliable, always on time, and takes her responsibilities very seriously. Camilla enthusiastically takes advantage of all learning opportunities offered through “Connected Care” at Sick Kids and requests more training than is expected to ensure she always provides the best care possible for her patients.
Her dedication to her young patient and others in helping them meet their goals is admirable. Camilla does not shy away from challenging situations and exceeds expectations in performance at work. Her commitment to her patients is second to none, and we are grateful for her unwavering dedication.
What sets Camilla apart is her willingness to go above and beyond for her patients. During the Christmas break, she picked up extra shifts, even on her regular days off, so that all CC clients could have the care they needed. Camilla's dedication and selflessness demonstrate her commitment to the well-being of her patients and the TCC community.
When asked about her work, Camilla said she loves working for The Care Company because she feels respected and heard. She feels part of a team, coming together to provide the best care possible for all our clients. This is a testament to the culture we strive to maintain at The Care Company, and we are grateful for the role Camilla plays in our community.
