Meet Meghan Maguire, Managing Director at The Care Company. Meghan cares deeply about the people and the organization serves and is dedicated to helping families feel supported every step of the way.

Meghan’s connection to The Care Company began well before her current leadership role. Prior to pursuing her MBA, she spent two pivotal years with the organization during an important period of expansion. Working across human resources and business development, Meghan played a key role in the company’s entry into paediatric home care, helping establish the foundation for the program The Care Company is known for today.

After completing her MBA at the DeGroote School of Business, Meghan returned to The Care Company with an even deeper appreciation for the organization’s mission. She now looks forward to growing the business, enhancing the client experience, and shaping initiatives that ensure families receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, which continues to influence her client-centered approach.

Outside of work, Meghan is an avid traveler with a love for exploring new cultures. She has participated in multiple international study abroad programs, including time spent in Germany and the Netherlands.
