Meet Donna Diadamo, RN – Coordinator

Donna Diadamo is a dedicated Registered Nurse embarking on a successful second career in healthcare. She graduated with honours from Nipissing University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN). Over the years, Donna has gained diverse experience in multiple clinical settings before finding her passion in Maternal–Child and Pediatric nursing.

Early in her career, Donna worked with the York Region District School Board, supporting children with exceptionalities and developing a strong foundation in family-centered care. Demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning, she continued to advance her skills by completing her Perinatal Obstetrical Certificate through Durham College.

Donna later joined Markham Stouffville Hospital, where she provided compassionate care to mothers and newborns. When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, she stepped into a critical public health role with Toronto Public Health, serving as a School Outbreak Manager and helping navigate unprecedented challenges in community health.

Donna joined our team in 2023 as a staff Registered Nurse and quickly advanced into our leadership team, demonstrating strong leadership, dedication, and clinical expertise.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Donna is deeply committed to giving back. She volunteers with Victim Services of York Region, offering support to individuals and families during times of crisis.

Driven, knowledgeable, and patient-centered, Donna brings both expertise and heart to every role she takes on.
